The Joke

The late night comedians on TV wouldn't make jokes about Obama shortly after he was elected. Despite a few minor gaffes like walking into a glass door or just making fun of his ears, no comedian would touch him. One even said there is nothing funny about Obama. In a way, he was right. It really isn't funny watching the President of the United States stumble from one crisis to another, either foreign or domestic. It really isn't funny watching a man attempt to maintain a Messiah-image, while bumbling like a fool. The man who would stop the seas from rising can't plug the damn hole.

When Obama was campaigning, he was met with swooning crowds, fainting women and leg-tingling journalists. His teleprompter-inspired speeches, with reverberating bass audio, against giant Styrofoam Greek pillars gave the impression that he was the Second Coming. The Second Coming of what, I'm not sure. Obama was compared to Jesus, Lincoln, FDR, JFK and Reagan. Yeah really...Reagan.

The swooning masses voted him President. They elected the most unqualified, in terms of executive experience, and most (if not only) anti-American President this country has ever had. Obama isn't funny at all. The people who voted for him are.
